Digital Strategist

A Senior Integrated Planner will be responsible for the following outcomes:

·     Seamless collaboration with marketer to incorporate the communications strategy into a holistic plan, inclusive of paid, earned, shared and owned media, to deliver on business goals

·     Recommend innovative channels, and tactics that ensure marketing campaigns reach the right target audience in the most effective way possible

·     Communicate and guide planning to the Channel Specialist team for execution

·     Convey strategic insights tied to business outcomes as part of the campaign reporting

·     Overall ownership of campaign management and reporting

Essential Functions

·     Maintain a strong understanding of the business/ campaign goals, the consumer journey and the market landscape

·     Evaluate and provide recommendations for opportunities across the holistic plan

·     Develop strategic, outcome-based insights and cross-channel optimization recommendations

·     Oversee the transition from the holistic plan to execution by the specialist team, including briefing the appropriate specialist team members to guide execution

·     Monitoring performance of solutions set, communicating necessary cross-channel optimizations to the specialist team

·     Pulling in specialists as SME support is needed to reinforce the approach, provide a capability POV or assist with marketer’s queries

·     Actively participate in calls with marketers and meetings as needed

·     Collaborate across functions on performance metrics and KPI’s

·     Manage plan revisions as appropriate

·     Delegate tasks and activities to the appropriate persons

REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications

A Senior Integrated Planner must be a collaborator, resourceful, solution- oriented, multi-tasker with experience in a variety of digital and off-line marketing approaches. A Senior Integrated Planner works autonomously throughout the Enterprise with little direction from management.

·     Minimum of 5 years of experience in Digital Strategy Planning

·     Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B industry

·     Demonstrated excellent research and analytical thinking skills

·     Ability to think around problems

·     Excellent written and verbal skills

·     Strong presentation skills and Project Management skills

·     Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint

·     Preferred use of Microsoft Power BI, Project Management tools and research tools
